1. How long does it normally take to serve a process?
Mass Constable Service policy is to attempt the service of process within 72 hours of receipt of the process. We also provide same day service.


2. We need this process served "Yesterday", how fast can you get this done?
Fax it to us and your process could be out of our office and on its way to be served within minutes.


3. We don't have the affidavit, can you send a second affidavit?
Yes, Mass Constable Service can generate a second affidavit from our Database System, within a few minutes and we can fax it to you at no cost.


4. What is the status on a certain Summons & Complaint?
Mass Constable Service can give you an up-to-the-minute status job that is in our system at no cost.


5. I have a paper that must be served outside of Massachusetts.Who can I send it to?
