Services Constables Can Serve

Bonded and licensed constables may serve any process allowed by law in the cities and towns in which they are appointed or elected, including

- Supplementary process in any amount
- Summary process, 14-day notice to quit, 30-day eviction notice, evictions or ejectments, etc.
